Cities like Mumbai, and Delhi and Hyderabad are famous for their nightlife. Some of the major or 'cool' hangouts that add to the glamor of the nightlife in India are 'Bombay High,' at the ITC Grand Maratha Sheraton And Towers (in Mumbai), The Atrium Lounge, and Churchill's Bar at the Taj Land's End at Bandra, in Mumbai. The Club Lounge at the JW Marriott Hotel, is also famous. The city of Calcutta is relatively, more conservative. Yet, over the years Calcutta, or Kolkata, has given rise to its own share of night clubs. These include the renowned Tantra, at the Park Hotel , on Park Street. Someplace Else, is also another popular night club that is owned by the Park Hotel. It is located at park Street.

The ITC Shonar Bangla Sheraton And Towers, at Kolkata, has contributed its share to the nightlife in Kolkata, the Irish style pub, Dublin is a favorite haunt of the 'night animals' of this city. The Dublin may be a little subdued compared to other pubs, but it offers an excellent dance floor. If you like to go footloose then, ITC's Dublin pub is the place for you. The Big Ben at the Kenilworth Best Western Hotel is another great place to 'chill out' with friends. The lively music, the tasty snacks that are on offer are simply too good to be ignored. This is a typical British style pub, but it has a really relaxed and informal atmosphere. If you go to Delhi, you will have a wide choice of bars and pubs to relax with your friends. The 'My Kind Of Place' at the Taj Palace, has the largest dance area or dance floor in New Delhi. It opens at half past six in the evening.

The Orient Express Bar is another great 'chill out' place, owned by the Taj Palace. The cuisines offered are mouthwatering, and the bar is a connoisseur's delight. The Hyatt has the Polo Lounge to treat guests and visitors to a great time. The bar is extremely well stocked, it is an English style lounge, but the ambiance of the place is simply too good to be missed.
